Araña web interface

Araña is an interface in the form of web pages. The data and recordings on a multi line Call Recorder can be accessed through this web application.
Use Araña to access the Call Recorder, configure it, download recordings, send them by e-mail or make a full back up of the Call Recorder.
Araña can be run and installed as a Windows Service for unattended operation.

Araña comes in two versions:

Single User: The web interface is available to one user at a time. This version comes with the Call Recorder PRI.
Full: Unlimited access. This version can be purchased seperately.

Access through the browser

Use your browser to access your call listing. Every user their own password. Not at the office? No problem, it is still possible to access your calls.

Search and E-mailing
E-mail one or more recordings as attachment to a message with a mouse click. Search by Date (range), Incoming Telephone number/ Name, Outbound number/ Name or Connected number.

Device configuration

The software offers the possibility to configure or edit the settings of the Call Recorder itself.

Statistics
The Statistics show you relevant information

as a line graph, stacked bar graph or table.

Management
Managers can have access to all calls on all call recorders to keep an eye on telephone traffic.

Quick CD Access System

This PC software is included with any Call Recorder  with CD drive. It enables users to search for specific recordings on the CD. The software provides an overview of the archives on the CD, the archives can be queried for a specific call or group of calls. The recordings on the CD are ideal to send as an attachment with your email.

It offers the following functions:

• Extensive select and search function: it is easy to make selections based on, for instance, name, date or telephone number.

• Export and conversion routines: specific telephone calls or whole selections can be exported onto CD-ROM or DVD and / or converted into a PC-WAVE format that playable on any PC.

• Presentation can be configured by the user: You can determine exactly how the software should present the data.

Call Recorder Access System (Optional)

The Call Recorder Access System is PC software with which it is easy to access the Call database. It can be used to archive calls, query the archives, playback from remote Recorders, analyse call data and much more.

Query the database

To allow you to find your recordings quickly the Access System offers a very easy to use query function. Open the query tab and enter your search criteria. The database can be queried for a specific date and time, for in- or out going calls, a specific telephone number etcetera.

Graphical presentation of call data

A large database of calls offers a wealth of information on the calling habits of personel, the service level of the company or the expenditure made. The graphical module presents call duration, time of day and wait time before answer of any selection that you make in your database.

Displaying fax transmissions

Some recordings will contain fax transmissions. With the optional fax decoding module the Access Software can decode the fax transmission back into the original document.The document can be printed or stored on your PC.
