The Apresa can capture, store, retrieve and playback VoIP/SIP, TDM and Analogue telephone communication.

It delivers high quality recordings for a multitude of applications.

New in november: Voice Server Anuncio Afdrukken E-mail
ZOETERMEER -Vidicode proudly presents a new branch on the Voice Server tree. The Voice Server Anuncio.

The Anuncio is in fact an announcer. It will pick up incoming telephone calls and play an announcement, after which the caller can be put in a waiting queue. During the waiting period, the Anuncio can play several different messages. The Anuncio can be programmed to play different messages at different times of the day, or days in a week. The schedule also allows different messages for different telephone numbers.

The Anuncio is available in 3 models; one model for 2 x ISDN Basic Rate port (4 channels), one model for 4 x ISDN Basic Rate port (8 channels) and an ISDN Primary rate model (30 channels)

The Voice Server Anuncio can be used to make your organisation respond more flexible to sudden peaks in telephone traffic( e.g. to create a waiting line and prevent people from hanging up too soon). It can also be used in combination with Call Recording equipment that can not give an announcement itself when a recording starts (obligatory in many countries).
